Simon - Examining The Future
Known as El Libertador (The Liberator) as well as the "George Washington of South America", Simon Bolivar was a fantastic common and statesman in South America.

Simon Ponte Bolivar was a great South American soldier and statesman. While in exile, Bolivar wrote La Carta de Jamaica ("The Letter from Jamaica") in which he outlined his vision for South America: constitutional republics with upper and lower houses (modeled on the authorities of your United Kingdom) and, ominously, a president chosen for life.
When Bolivar saw that a democratic independent government was functioning out well for the United States, he decided to spend his existence working to bring independence for the Spanish colonies of South America. There already was a secret movement for independence in most of these colonies. Bolivar went back again to Venezuela and joined the revolutionaries.
