Cooking and eating are going to be one off the highlights of a camping trip. Dinner time will be an adventure for the kids if you are planning to cook fish that you catch. Your camping list should include the pots, dishes, and knife set that you will need to have.
Are you and your family bicycle riders? Do you have some diamondback bikes that need to be ridden? If so, then you can choose many camping sites that have some awesome bike trails. This would be fun for you and the kids while also being good exercise. You can see a lot of nature on a bike trail that you might not otherwise get to see.

These are going to be the stories that your kids tell your grandchildren someday around another campfire, so make them good.
