English Brogue Makes Me Think Of Home
Dependent on who you talk to, a few of the people just love an English accent while some people cringe whenever they hear such a sound. And no matter where in the world we are we will hear it on television, radio, music, audio books and I even heard it lately on a weight loss MP3. The thing is, like in any country, the accent can change dramatically dependent on what part of the country the individual is from. If you really like an English accent be aware if you ever travel the country for it changes seriously.
And no matter if you like, love or perhaps even say you dislike,hate an English accent almost everybody might admit there's something a bit captivating about it. Its the utilising of words and grammar that goes along with it that makes it all so unique as opposed to the way that the English language has been butchered over time and has lost some of its eloquence and style.Can you imagine James Bond chatting like he was from Brooklyn, New York or the Jersey Shore? Now I'm cringing just at the idea of that. Hey yo... My names Bond. James freakin Bond. No, I do not think so. It would change everything about the James Bond image of elegance, style and class.
And as quickly as you turn the dial on a radio station, hear a voice off the television or listen to someone delivering any type of dialogue from anything audible, that English accent is noticed right away. Personally, I love it a lot so long as its not too oppressive like folk in some locations in England sound. When I have traveled across parts of the country of Britain I found it infrequently very hard to understand one word being asserted and it just about hurt my ears to listen. Similar to listening to somebody from the deep south in the States who sounds like they may be talking another language altogether. In the meantime, there are parts of America where people talk with what's considered no accent at all .
All in all I enjoy the charming lilt of an English accent and the way in which it is delivered in such an interesting demeanour so long as its simply a slight and not too deep of that right away recognised English sound. And to go along with the accent I always find it engaging how phrases, words and language varies from the UK when talking English as opposed to American use of the language. As it's been asserted, they are two countries separated by the same language.
Regardless of whether you May enjoy an English accent or not, you have got to confess is generally associated with style and grace. More formal in the language use, which is what helps make it more attractive to me. And fortunately to how we can now access the world at out fingertips thru the web I'll sit here at home and listen to all of the accents I need. No plane flight, no traveling . Just a click of your mouse and voila... A Brit here in front of me chatting away for me to view.
